I have a confession to make - a confessions of failure.
I got detracted from my fitness journey ever since I moved abroad. I’ve joined the gym and tried to eat protein, but it was never the same. After eating in severe calorie deficit for months in the U.S. , when I went back to maintenance - instead of maintaining the weight I gained some back.
Last few weeks in the US has been specially difficult - I tried to eat protein mostly but ended up overeating “healthy foods” in severe amounts. I’ve realized I have an all or nothing personality when it comes to fitness - either I completely cut out or I completely gorge.
My kickstart to health journey starts today, July 1st 2025. I intend to lose 40lbs by December, gain muscle and gain healthy habits for life. I want to kickstart this journey by doing Alternate Day fasting for a bit - the last time
I did it I gained a lot of weight but this time I want to give it another chance. Wish me luck!
