Reminder incoming Kindergarten, First and Second grade parents: Tonight is our Summer Reading Celebration from 6-7 on the GLE Playground! We will have hotdogs, chips and drinks - kids can bring in their summer reading posters if they are finished (incoming K students can get a poster to complete). STUDENTS WILL GET A FREE SUMMER READING SLINGBAG FULL OF FUN ACTIVITIES! We can't wait to see you!

Hello GLE Families,

This is a friendly reminder that the Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA) begins tomorrow Thursday, May 14th. We will be testing the following day: May 14, 15, 18, 20 and 21. (Remember Tuesday May 19 is election day so there is no school).

To help our students perform their best, please ensure they:
Get plenty of sleep the night before
Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning at home or school
Feel encouraged to do their absolute best on the test!

We are so excited for our students to show off all the hard work they have put in this year. Let’s finish strong! Attached you will find additional information about KSA and our schedule.
