Swipe for the before. The only products used were a little Murphy/water mix to knock off any dust and dirt and Restore-A-Finish. She’s been around the block a few times and has some imperfections, but you would too if you were 130 years old. The marble top has a repaired crack and one castor is rusted, but otherwise she’s a petite beauty and the perfect size for an entry table, nightstand or guest room tv. What do you think?

Spring cleaning season is here and with it comes the question: what do we do with everything we're ready to let go of? This piece from Family Handyman highlights the usual paths: donating, selling, recycling, or responsibly disposing of old furniture. And while those are all great options, there's another layer worth considering. Not everything "old" is ready to be discarded. Some pieces just need a new context, a fresh eye, or the right home.
