With my gratitude for the last 40 years🥂
September 30th 1985, my first day in the shoe service industry in this country, Mr Juan Tituana (R.I.P.) of Artistic Shoe Center in DC, gave me the opportunity to try my hand at shoe repair; where my shoe making skills came in handy.
My special thanks to everyone from The Sole Source where I learned factory-like production, Fortuna’s where I learned while-you-wait services, sales and retail shoe repair, Nordstrom where I learned shoe-fitting and customer service, Money’s Worth and Best where I learned the ins and outs of senior management.
My gratitude to The Shoe Service Institute of America for my first recognition in 1991 and subsequent ones throughout the years. 👞👠
To you, our clients for your continued support, without which we wouldn’t have survived the worst of the Covid crisis and our subsequent growth✨🫶🏽
And to my beloved daughters, my infinite thanks for seeing the vision and steering the ship right into a brighter future; to my wife thank you for allowing me to dream and coming along for the wild ride; mom thank you for your tireless support ❤️
