You guys, I won.
I fought and fought and fought.
And I gotta be honest, I almost gave up hope. After not having my main stream of income for 3 1/2 months, I wondered if I would have to file for bankruptcy. Or would I even be able to stay open.

I tried everything to communicate with Etsy. I tried everything to communicate with Lycra. I got no response. Etsy said: sorry if you’re having a financial hardship. (After 16 years on their platform!)

These times are already tough as it is.
Anyways, thanks to a late night doom-scroll on TikTok, I met a fellow small business owner that shared their copyright attorney info with me. About 2 weeks later I had a meeting with the attorney and💥💥💥
Here we are!
There is still a lot of work to do.

But…
