How does an ifbb pro bodybuilder have the strongest grip in the world ?

While many argue bodybuilding is not functional you can’t help but admire this ungodly grip strength by Iain Valliere at the Olympia this last weekend

Not to get side tracked but that alongside what Chris Bumstead is currently doing fitness wise leaves those bodybuilding isn’t functional folks in a blender

Iain Valliere had the highest measured grip strength clocking at a mind blowing 307

Other notable impressive grips were none other than Chris Bumstead 252 and the mountain himself Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson 235

Iain Valliere with an absolutely insane 307

The mountain Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson with a very impressive 235

The champ himself Chris Bumstead with a very impressive 256
