Happy Wednesday 💪🏾. A well-developed chest isn’t just about pressing more weight.
Different angles and movement patterns can help place more emphasis on different areas of the chest.
🔹 Incline movements can help target the upper chest.
🔹 Flat pressing variations help build overall chest size and strength.
🔹 Fly movements can help create a deeper stretch and strong contraction.
Think of it like building a house—you wouldn’t focus on only one wall and expect the whole structure to look complete. 🤣
