What I love about lower body training is the control.
It is not just about moving weight.
It is about balance, patience, stability, and knowing how to stay locked in when the movement gets uncomfortable.
Exercises like dumbbell split squats remind you that strength is not always about rushing to lift heavier. Sometimes it is about slowing down, staying steady, and owning the position.
