Seriously.

You can come in with your laptop and pretend you're being productive.

You can bring a book and ignore the outside world for three hours.

You can meet your friends and discuss absolutely nothing of importance.

You can bring your Dungeons & Dragons crew and make decisions that would concern a licensed professional.

You can even bring your Magic: The Gathering deck and destroy friendships in a socially acceptable environment. 😂

We've got coffee, loaded teas, snacks, free Wi-Fi, and a whole lot of room for whatever little side quest you've got going on.

We didn't open The Local Chapter just to sell coffee.

We opened it because we wanted our little town to have somewhere to gather, laugh, read, create, and make memories.

WE HAVE NEW BOOKS!!! Like fresh pages, uncracked spines, cancel-your-plans NEW BOOKS. 😭🫶🏻

Our first shipment is officially here, and I am being a very normal amount of excited about it. Which means absolutely insufferable.

We’re starting with a small selection and a whole lot of hope that our little book corner will grow right along with us. Every book you buy here helps us make room for the next chapter, and getting to bring this to our little hometown means SO much to me. 🥹

Why is it that a fictional man can commit approximately 47 felonies, threaten an entire kingdom, and have the emotional availability of a brick wall...
