Job Summary
The Shop Manager/Business Manager will oversee the daily operations of the business, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff and inventory, and support the growth and success of Grace & Glow Business Center.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Must be a Liberian citizen
✅ Must be residing in Central Monrovia
✅ Must be a Christian with good moral character
✅ Must demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and leadership
✅ Previous business or retail management experience is required
✅ Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, social media, or related business tools)
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to manage daily business activities and staff
Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop operations
Manage sales activities and staff performance
Maintain inventory and stock records
Ensure excellent customer service
Support marketing and business growth initiatives
Prepare reports and maintain business records
