Congratulations Mary! You look beautiful in your new top!

50 years at the organ is worth celebrating!
Mary Severseike is the only organist I’ve ever known at my hometown church, Salem Lutheran in Roland.
She taught me four years of piano lessons and accompanied every church choir, solo and musical of my childhood.
And, 50 years later, she’s still sharing her musical talents every Sunday.
So today, Salem celebrated Mary’s gift of music and her generosity in sharing those talents.
Across our state, so many communities are blessed with talented musicians like Mary. They accompany students, attend long rehearsals and practice on their own time so others can stand in the musical spotlight.
Mary was quick to deflect today’s praise to choir members, pastors and friends who’ve supported her. That’s typical.
But we all know how blessed we are to have Mary - and all of the other incredible musicians like her across our state - sharing their musical talents so we can worship.

We were pleased to have Cathy, a friend and past employee, stop by on Saturday. She has relocated to Plymouth, MN. The new set from Creation suited her taste and fit well. The green color complements her, she looked stunning!

Dinner with Nicole, owner of Angel Wings and CT Boutique in Winterset, is always fun. Following a lengthy day of appointments at Market, it was the perfect way to unwind.
