You guys!! We are setting up at ✨By The Wharf Vintage Market✨in Coupeville again!! This market is so special to us and our growth and success!! Dina is absolutely magic!! Here’s a little back story of Chilly Rain Retro: We started out doing pop ups wherever we could, side of the road, ferry parking lot, in front of our friends shops. Dina invited me to join By The Wharf Vintage Market in 2023 and I of course said yes!! I was so excited to be part of a vintage market with lots of other amazing women who were passionate about vintage treasures, as I am. My passion for vintage fashion started as a young girl, building my Victorian dress up wardrobe one yard sale at a time. I never dreamed that that passion would turn into the business we have created today! I met so many amazing and inspirational women that weekend! Some of whom have become my lifelong friends❤️ my community showed up and came out to support me and that meant the world to me!! The people who came to my booth and purchased a treasure were so excited and loved their new piece so much! My heart was full! I knew that this is where I belonged and that I needed to pursue my dream further! My fiancé, my best friend and biggest supporter, Aaron Peterson, saw my vision and my passion and he was 110% ready to do this with me! He quit his job as an independent contractor and he jumped in with me! I am so proud of how far we have come since this pivotal moment! I can’t believe the growth that has happened in such a short of time!! We are so grateful for each and every one of you! You have supported our growing business and we would not have gotten as far as we have without your support! Please join us on Thursday night for a vintage fashion show, sipping, shopping, and charcuterie snacks! Or Friday market starts at 9am for all you early bird shoppers! Wondering what the hell is going on here ? Well get your ass in here and see for yourself! It’s been a summer full of fashion and fun!! Don’t worry, just because fall is upon us, doesn’t mean we are done having fun! Did you know that we put out new inventory daily?! Often times I don’t have time to take pictures of pieces before they walk out the door! I’m busting out the cozy sweaters, the denim, the coats and the boots! But I we have lots of other one of a kind pieces ready for their new homes! Let’s dress up!! It’s my favorite time of day! 💃🏻😘💕✨☺️

Arts Festival 2025 was also our 2 year Anniversary as a business! Time sure has flown by!! We are so incredibly grateful for the love and support of our amazing community! The festival was so much fun! We had so many people return to find us in our new location and so much enthusiasm for our curation! It meant so much to us! We also had tons new people come through for the first time! We had thousands of people come through our shop for 3 days! It was incredible! We had our friend El Colonel playing beautiful Spanish guitar out on the corner, and people enjoyed the comfy chairs we had out. It was truly magical!! Aaron and I want to thank everyone involved in the festival! We had our best sales weekend ever! What a way to celebrate 2 years of hard work and a successful vintage business in beautiful downtown Anacortes! We went from “pop ups” in a parking lot to a Bank built in 1890. We are in the oldest brick building in skagit county and it’s an honor to be here! Grateful for everyone who’s supported us over the years as we continue to grow! We look forward to the future of the business and incorporating more art and music into our shop! Love you guys!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Closed Today and Tomorrow for a reset with our family💜 We have all been working very hard every day and have sacrificed a lot to make Chilly Rain Retro what it is today! We couldn’t be happier with the amount of support we received this last weekend for the Arts Festival! We had our best weekend yet since we’ve opened! The excitement and energy in our space was incredible! We met so many amazing people and new friends! We laughed, enjoyed music, art and friends. We are so grateful for all of you!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! 💞 Chilly Rain wouldn’t have gotten this far without all of you!! We love you! We look forward to seeing you when we return on Thursday 8/07. Also, we will now be open on Sundays through the rest of August. I do want to let you all know that the air quality is really poor right now! So stay inside and close your windows up! The wildfire smoke is rolling in from the Olympics.

Arts Festival Day 1!! This is the festival of the year!! With 100s of artists from around the country, set up downtown Anacortes, you’re sure to find a unique one of a kind piece to take home! 🎶Live music, food trucks 🍕🌯🍔and of course, your favorite downtown Vintage Rebels💃🏻🕺🏽 here at Chilly Rain!! We have been preparing new inventory for the last month!! Don’t miss your chance! Our amazing friend Jade Madrona is opening up her 🧜🏽‍♀️tattoo shop this weekend! Claim your flash piece for only $50!! Jade has been a huge supporter of Chilly Rain since day 1. She designed our logo, hand painted our business signs and was our featured artist in June! We also have a few featured artists this weekend!! 💎Bobby Nevitt and her custom designed jewelry crafted from vintage pieces she’s collected from around the world!! And then we have some special guests setting up their handmade leather bags and accessories Timeless Leather Works. 💜Jo Anderson has her stunning original pieces up as well! And we have some live music happening in the shop later this evening for artwalk!! 6-8pm!! So many exciting things happening! Come see for yourself! ♻️
