🚨Order Update 🚨

I owe you guys an update and an apology on the Racers letterman jacket.

It’s been over three months, and I know that’s far too long to wait for something you paid for. Between production delays, quality control, and now UPS delays, this order has had setback after setback. I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed, and I know you guys are too.

This was our first jacket with genuine leather sleeves and this much chenille and embroidery. I wanted to make something you could wear and keep for years. We’ve used faux leather before, but I chose genuine leather because I wanted this jacket to hold up over time.

The production timeline the factory gave me was inaccurate, and I didn’t fully understand how much longer these details would take. But you ordered from me, and I take responsibility for the timeline I shared with you.

I care deeply about what I make, and it’s hard knowing that something I was so excited to bring to life has become such a frustrating experience for you. I know another apology doesn’t make up for the wait.

The jackets have shipped and are on their way to me, but UPS is currently showing a delay. As soon as they arrive, I’ll get them shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

If you’ve reached the point where you don’t want to wait anymore, I completely understand. Please email me, and I’m happy to issue a refund.

To everyone who has stuck with me through this, thank you. Your patience and trust mean a lot to me, and I’m sorry this order has tested both.
