So I was on my way to work yesterday and this happened....don't worry-no china plates were broken-just many trees to be cleaned up today😔
And yes, Brian encouraged me to snap some photos after I pulled over and parked to wait it out.

I was so thrilled to discover these Vintage Johnson Brothers plates "The Friendly Village" in a shop recently. They had been put together with a thread bar and machine nuts!
Would you agree this hardware makes a more appealing display?

I am grateful for time spent collecting and creating something as special and beautiful as these tiered stands. Each one is unique and one of a kind.
So many options and variations...so much heart in giving and receiving the gifts...

OK you fun-in the know-cutting edge-everyone wants to be invited to your parties people....
It's time to get this tiered plate cake server decorative thing going again....and I am just getting started!
I have some here at the shop, but many possibilities just stacked up at my house waiting for inspiration.
(And this heat to break so I can get back out in the garage to start the drill press up and drill some holes)
