Socks for Soles I gather donated socks for those who are without or unable to provide their own. Best times for donations:
Monday through Friday between 0900 and 2:00 pm.

Please bring your donations to 725 W. 9th Avenue, Anchorage Alaska.

Hello from Washington State! For those of you who might not have heard, Socks for Soles has moved! I am currently trying to get situated with a new spot to bring socks and a place to donate them. Please bear with me and I will keep it updated. Thanks for the support.

It was a pretty mild winter, and spring is on its way. I would like to thank everyone who has donated socks to our less fortunate and helped make the sock drive possible this year. The last day to donate socks will be 03-26-2016. We appreciate your willingness to help others in need.

Everyone loves a new pair of socks, but not everyone can buy their own. This huge bag of socks is headed to the shelter, our way of providing new socks to those who can't get their own. Huzzah!

Hello! Yesterday I took a couple bags of new socks to Brother Francis Shelter, and while I was handing the socks to the receptionist, two gentlemen came over and asked for some socks! So, your donations are being put to use as soon as I can get it through the door. Thank you Chugach Optional for your help in making this possible this winter. Keep up the great charity!

A new donation center has been established at the office of Chugach Optional, on 12th and E St. Fall is here, and it's time to consider those who need new socks and are unable to provide their own.

Have you ever wondered how you can help the less fortunate here in Anchorage? Donate new socks to First United Methodist Church at 725 W. 9th Ave for Socks for Soles, and your donation will be helping those without socks have warm feet.
