🚨 Now Hiring Sales Representatives – West Texas 🚨

📍 Hiring in Midland, Odessa, Seminole, Andrews, Big Spring, and surrounding areas.

No sales experience? No problem. If you're motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This is a commission-based position with bonus opportunities. It is not an hourly position. Your income is based on your effort, and there is no cap on your earning potential.

What we offer:
✅ Starting commission of 12% on the front end and 12% on the back end
✅ Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities
✅ Weekly bonus payouts every Friday
✅ Get paid as soon as funds clear the company's bank account
✅ Equipment provided—and it's yours to keep after your first full roof replacement (insurance or retail)
✅ Hands-on, in-the-field training with me, including door knocking, generating leads, and closing deals
