Dear Friends,
Gratitude: that's what this season is really about. As the owner of Brown Eyed Girl, I am grateful for my loyal customers, trusted employees, and vendors who have made my store an adventure.
When I started with this business in 2005, thirteen years ago, my children were eight and six years old, and our dog Reed was just weeks old, and now Clare is 22 and Cade is 19, and our sweet store shepherd Reed passed this year.
I have loved unlocking the door, turning on the lights, and flipping the closed signs to open, in anticipation of something new and exciting each day. But the lease has ended and this space comes with its own challenges. Time to reinvent and re brand!
The store will be closing at the end of December. Please come by and visit. I'd love help in closing this amazing chapter with the people who have made it possible.
