Hello again, everyone!

As some of you may know, my grandfather passed away over this holiday break. As I reflected on our time together I know that I'll have shoe shining as a constant reminder of what he taught me. This archived blog post talks about the relationship that my grandfather and I had, especially after he gave me his handmade shoe shine box. Thank you, Popop.

Thank you all. I am so grateful to have grown up in this community with so many wonderful people. Henry’s Buff & Shine is off to college at UW-Madison! I’ll keep shining here and there as I go through my years. I’ll be back in town for the holidays to shine any shoes up via drop off or an occasional special event. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I am at Bergstrom Enterprise Motorcars Thursdays 4-6. Come get conditioning for your thirsty and dried out winter shoes! Or perhaps a saddle soaping and mink oil to protect your shoes from the melting snow. Or just a simple shine! Whatever you need I'm here to deliver.

I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving! The boots are a pair I did for a customers Thanksgiving trip to the south, I had to make sure her boots were looking! Here's a few pictures from this summer as well. Just a reminder I'm at the Bergstrom Mercedes dealership every Thursday!

Hey everyone. It's been awhile since I posted. Junior year is crazy busy. Just wanted to give a belated shout out to the 2018 Future 15 nominees and winners. Being a part of that group last year was a real source of pride. I appreciate the Chamber honoring young people in this community who are making a much bigger impact than I am! Also, I AM still shining shoes. Mostly I take drop-offs till summer whm my schedule calms down a little. The fine folks at Joseph's are kind enough to let me know when people drop off shoes for some shine time. Here's a throw back picture from Joseph's. Thanks!
