When a company changes its name what do you do with all the leftover work shirts? Turn them into a piece you can still use! Different material and set up this time but got it all worked out! And if you’re looking for a pattern there’s not one 😁 I wasn’t sure about this backing/binding material at first but I really like it!

More ideas for you! It’s not just quilts around here! This is something ANYONE can do!

Displaying old tshirts:
- Cut- I used regular scissors because you won’t see the edges on the end result
- Elmer's Craft Bond Spray Adhesive
- White Canvas Multi Pack from Hobby Lobby
- DONE

I’ll post a picture of the complete project with them hanging on the wall once I get them up!

Client wanted the years of service somewhere on the tshirt quilt. Say no more!
Hollered at my friend Stitched By Molly- Hand and Machine Embroidery and she made it happen!! We used an existing shirt and added to it! It turned out very cool!
Now you have a contact for all your embroidery needs too!!

While working on it I thought of all the things these shirts saw over the course of 20 years.

This was a unique project!
The great grandma made each grandkid a quilt top but was not able to finish them out herself but wanted to see them finished. These are so special. Each one has hand embroidery with their names and when they were made by their Nanny 🫶 These are so precious and I was honored to work on this project ❤️💙🩷💜
