Music by Cuban Blues, small bites by Cafe Marguerite and bubbly.

His show will be up May 3 to June 6, so if you can't make the opening, you can catch it while enjoying a tasty breakfast or lunch.

Just a little update and offer.

I went to the DRI meeting last night. It's part of the process of distributing the 10 million dollar grant that Roxbury and Grand Gorge won.

The meeting was titled public workshop #1
It covered what the DRI is about and the process.
We were asked to list 3 priorities (my table went with "big Picture", economics, quality of life and housing. Some listed Specific projects and wishlist.

The open call for business ideas is coming "soon".
If anyone would like help in pitching a project- check the website for what they are looking for and will fund https://www.grandgorgeroxburydri.com/

I am available to help you write your concept plan. But only if it's a feasible idea (no rocket ship community hub) and you can fund it.

You need 25% of the total overhead and you need to put the money in before you get refunded from the grant.
(There are bridge loans for that)
