It’s time!! Come to the Formals for $5 Sale on MON & TUE 4/1-2 during all lunch blocks and after school. A huge variety of gowns, tuxedo jackets/pants, and accessories are yours for just $5 each. Many items are brand new with tags. Find us in the Little Theatre…we can’t wait to help you shop 👗❤️✨

Local friends- have any gently used formal wear you’re ready to part with? 👗💃🏻🥻

We are excited to announce our Formals For Five sale this year, which will be held on Mon & Tue April 1-2 (at lunch and after school) in the W-L Little Theatre. Our “sister sale” will take place at Wakefield High School on April 3-5. All items will be sold for $5 apiece, with proceeds going to a local charity to be determined.

We are actively collecting donations now, please see below for a number of ways you can participate:
1 - Donate your formal dresses/gowns/tuxedos/accessories. Please ensure they are in good condition and are formal enough for prom (vs. cocktail or business attire). Consider whether they are age-appropriate as well; the average prom-goer won't gravitate to a "mother of the bride" look or your grandmother's shoes from 30+ years ago.
2 - Donate clothing racks we can use during the sale (DM us to coordinate)
3 - Purchase dresses from our Amazon Wish List (https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3P7ICTHXG1QTT?ref_=wl_share)
4 - Donate money we can use to purchase additional dresses (Venmo -for-five)

You may drop donations at:
* W-L, Yorktown, or Wakefield High Schools in the front office

It's that time of year, friends! Our sale date for W-L will be in either March or April, and will be announced ASAP. In the meantime, please help us spread the word for donations of dresses, clothing racks, or money towards dresses!

Update: We are still collecting formal wear!

We had a hugely successful sale at W-L yesterday and today! Thanks to all our volunteers and to all who donated beautiful dresses, mens wear, and accessories to us!

The sale is moving to Wakefield High School for the week of May 7-10. We are going to continue to collect donations until then.

Please drop off any donations to:
- Wakefield High School (main office)
or,
- 2433 Fort Scott Drive, 22205 (front porch)

Going on NOW until 4pm and tomorrow 11-3 in the Little Theatre at W-L High School. Come get your formal wear for only $5 each! We’ve got a great selection of gowns (many new with tags), suit jackets, shoes, and jewelry!
