The colors have been inspired by European 18th century furniture and have been made bright and rich, bearing in mind that they will be darkened with wax. Like all Annie Sloan paints, none of the colors (except for Graphite) contain black pigment, allowing for combining colors, further mixing and layering without the paint dulling. This paint can be used on any surface, including indoor and outdoor furnishings, metal accessories, walls & floors with NO PRIMING or major preparation required as it will stick to almost everything ~ old waxed pine, melamine, and varnished wood included. This paint is a breathable, eco-friendly water based paint. Only simple water clean up is required for your brushes.
