I've taken a step back from my art, hindered by creative block and a demanding new job.
Life's been a struggle.
Our country's in disarray, and it feels like we're all fighting to stay afloat.

Lately I've been drawn to brighter hues and playful wardrobe pieces, hoping to inspire joy in others.
We need more whimsy in our lives.
Even if it's curated.

I'm ready to return to my studio.
I want my art to exude a sense of childlike wonder and joy.

And then there is the most dangerous risk of all - the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet that you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later.

This is currently available in our shop, though you may have to pry it out of my hands first 😂 Beautiful vintage Native American beaded belt turned in to a hatband, lava beads paired alongside the hatband, with a vintage Navajo signed turquoise hat pin to finish off the look. It’s quite a beauty!
