I went to highschool in Los Angeles from 1984 to 1988. Melrose Ave was where I started the thrifting that turned into a full time career. Aaardvark's Odd Ark was one of my favorites. There was one in Hermosa Beach near my house too. I still have pieces in my personal collection that I found in those days!
