The shop has a new look! This is what I was busy doing last month, and I'm so happy with the new look and flow of the space. Come see for yourself! Open Thur-Sat 11-6, Sun 11-4 and Mon 11-6.

Hello! The shop will be closed again from January 21st - January 29th for my actual vacation. Once again, please use coupon code VACATION for 15% off all orders while I'm away.

Online orders placed after 5pm today (Monday 1/20) won't ship until I return on the 30th.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I promise this is the last extended closure that I have planned for the foreseeable future! Thank you so much for understanding!

Just a reminder that the shop is CLOSED through 1/15! See ya on Thursday January 16th! Remember to take a break sometimes, it does a person good.

I won't be shipping any online orders until I return, but any orders placed before today have been shipped out. I also won't be responding to any non-emergency customer emails, but will be sure to get back to you as soon as I return. Thanks so much for understanding!

Quick hours update! The new year falls on a Tuesday/Wednesday, so the shop will be closed as per usual. The End of Year Sale will be online until 12/31 at midnight, even though the brick and mortar will be closed!

After the new year, I'll be taking a break from 1/7 - 1/15 and the shop will be closed. Online orders won't ship during the break, so plan accordingly and order before the 7th if you need something.

Spend at least $100 and get a free $20 gift card. In-store & online. No discount code needed. Gift cards never expire, can be used in-store or online, and make great gifts! Or spend it on yourself after the holidays.

The fine print:
For online orders, I will manually issue a gift card to anyone who spends at least $100 (after any discounts are applied and not including shipping fees). By default, a digital gift card will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you would prefer it to be sent to a different email or would like a physical gift card packaged with your order, just leave a note at checkout! It may take up to 24 hours for your digital gift card to be delivered.

Come show your support for small local businesses! The shop is open 11-6 and I'm having a sale to thank you for shopping small this season. Discounts apply automatically online and in-store and expire on Monday 12/2 at midnight.

Today is downtown Astoria's Plaid Friday celebration with tons of businesses (including Short Wave!) handing out punch cards and participating in a huge raffle, plus lots of sales and cute events happening around town.

Tomorrow, I'll be celebrating Small Business Saturday with free gift bags, refreshments, a fundraiser for and a raffle that runs through Sunday. Come celebrate the magic that independent shops bring to our community! Can't wait to see you!
