Rose Lillian Designs I'm Dawn Kelly the creative mind behind Rose Lillian Designs. I was one of four daughters, raised in a home with my grandmother as part of our everyday family.

I'm Dawn Kelly, Seamstress and Owner of Rose Lillian Designs, specializing in bridal, bridesmaid, and formalwear alterations, with expert craftsmanship, custom embroidery, and personalized gifts for life's special moments. She took me under her wing and taught me so many wonderful things. I grew up finding things around my house as a little girl and turning them into something we could use to play

with. My grandmother soon put a needle and thread in my hands and I was learning to sew from that day on. I was turning curtains into costumes, altering hand-me-downs into the latest fashion trend and loving every minute of it. Since my loving Grandmother, Rose Lillian, gave me the gift of learning to sew, I named my company after her as a tribute to the many gifts she gave me. I'm now a Grandmother "Gaga" to two beautiful grandsons, and mother to three daughters and two sons. I'm a proud Military Mom, Thin Blue Line Wife and First Responder Mom and Aunt. Most importantly, I am a woman of Faith. I would be nothing were it not for my Faith in God, for I know that I have been blessed by Him and walk by Faith not by sight.
