LungBurner having recently added Athens' own John Macbeth of Husk will be bringing their latest full-length release DOGMA to the Flicker.

New York-based False Gods blend southern-sludge-influenced doom with an old-school hardcore thrash that's redefining the genre's sound.

Athens' own Sacred Bull combines post-metal, doom metal, post-rock, and heavy shoegaze to create intense, energetic, and unforgettable performances.

Heavy metal began as a fist through the wall. Guitars tuned low, drums that hit hard, and riffs that don't concern themselves with the orderly. Something loud and abrasive that survives at the outskirts of normalcy. The traditional unbending mold works for most, but not for those of us who reject the pretense of the proper.
