A Little Transparency & A Big Thank You 💕

Today, I made a mistake in one of my wall posts by incorrectly identifying the first person to claim an item.

Thankfully, another reseller (Angela Angie B) noticed the error and reached out to me privately. She didn't put me on blast, question my integrity, or assume I was trying to be unfair. Instead, she graciously extended me the kindness of bringing it to my attention, and for that, I am truly grateful.

We all make mistakes, and I genuinely appreciate people who choose grace over public criticism. That simple act of kindness meant more than she probably realizes.

Unfortunately, correcting my mistake means I had to cancel the invoice for the customer I mistakenly awarded the item to. I truly hate having to do that because I know it's disappointing, and I sincerely apologize to the customer affected.

At the end of the day, though, doing what's fair and honoring the order in which claims were made is the right thing to do. My goal has always been to run D.E.E. Style Loft with honesty, integrity, and fairness, even when it means admitting I made a mistake.

That's how women in business should support one another, with grace, integrity, and respect. We can hold each other accountable without tearing each other down. Today was a reminder that kindness and honesty can go hand in hand, and I'm truly grateful for that.
