Special entertainment in honor of Su***de Prevention Month and a special memorial wall to honor the late Patrick Kelly. Vicksburg native was a pioneering American fashion designer celebrated for his exuberant, button-embellished designs that infused Parisian runway glamour with joyful Southern roots, becoming the first American admitted to the French fashion governing body Chambre Syndicale in 1988.
