Just asking if the order traffic is heavy or something? Ordered from your site but only received a receipt or something. No tracking number and no reply from my mail. It a hassle to check our mailbox everytime we see a mail/ package delivery but no towel hub as we were expecting. How long is the wait tho and do we received a tracking number for peace of mind that finally it s coming.

Paypal is not letting me check out on your website. I have never had this issue and I have contacted Paypal and its not my issue - its the merchant's issue, aka YOU. Fix this immediately. Otherwise you've lost this customer if I can not use Paypal. I will not use anything else.

Ordered these towels- a dozen premium plus bath towels and a dozen hand towels in extra weight and what arrived are thin and cheap. I am so disappointed! These are for an Air B n B and I have to stick with them now purchased. I would return but shipping was $30 which would not be reimbursed on top of additional shipping costs to send back plus a 15% restock fee. So shipping and restocking etc costs are more than the towels are worth. So bummed I have to keep them and now have to look for better quality. Was hoping this would be my go to place. Would not recommend.
