This picture isn’t just another selfie, it’s the beginning of me learning to prioritize myself, learning to find myself again, and heal from all the grief I have experienced in the past three years. After losing my granddad, my grandma, and most recently my mom, I had put my career and passion on hold. Grief has a way of killing your creativity and my love for fashion faded. It was like I forgot how to do my makeup, I replaced my heels for slides, and a Nike outfit was OOTD everyday. I was not myself and I’m still not 100% me again but I’m redefining who I am. I’m focusing on getting back to thing I have loved since I could walk, fashion. I’m starting over: new clothes,new makeup routine, new style, and new content. I’m being honest and vulnerable about my journey and I’m taking you along with me.
