Most items take 1-2 weeks to complete, and will be shipped at the latest 3 weeks after your order is placed and invoice is

PAID. If there is a need for a rush order, please contact me and we will be sure to get your order completed as soon as possible. If you are using Paypal, PLEASE check the shipping address you have listed is up to date. Orders cannot be redirected once they have shipped. For locals, you have the option of local pickup. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds are only considered if contacted within 5 days of receiving your Crissy Lou Creation. Reference will be made to the delivery date based on shipping provider as the received date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized items (including, but not limited to, custom color changes, monograms, names, etc.) are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances at all. Please double check your sizing when placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes. Due to starting orders immediately after they are placed, we can not change sizing once the order is paid for. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. CANCELLATION POLICY:
