Vacation mode + estate sale detour = SCORE!

Couldn’t pass up this vintage 1977 Raleigh Grand Prix steel-frame bike sitting at an estate sale for $25. Clean, original, and way too cool to leave behind. Sometimes the best finds happen when you’re supposed to be headed somewhere else.

Now the beach trip has officially turned into a deductible vintage haul road trip. Let’s get back on the road again. 🚲🌴

These Barcelona chairs showed up out of nowhere… in the middle of nowhere… so naturally I had to sn**ch them up.

And honestly? They didn’t last long. On the floor less than 20 minutes, sold, and delivered the very next day. That’s the thing about iconic pieces — people know.

Barcelona chairs are just plain cool, and this pair was fantastic.

The shop is packed with new arrivals this weekend — vintage, mid-century, statement pieces, lighting, art, and all the things that make a house feel collected instead of decorated. Come dig around a little.

OK everybody… I’m officially on the hunt for my all-time favorite candle and I cannot find it anywhere. Not even on the company website anymore. 😭

It’s called Red Amber & Cedar by Leoben Company. Black jar. Cream label. Absolute perfection. Apparently it was made in Southern California.

The scent is warm, woodsy, slightly masculine, cozy without smelling like I just ran through a timber farm on the backside of a bear lodge. 😂 Think amber, cedar, sandalwood, a little musk… just enough to make your house smell expensive without screaming “cabin.”

If you happen to spot this candle anywhere — HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, thrift store, flea market, Roses, random boutique, somebody’s grandma’s gift closet — PLEASE let me know. At this point I just want one 🤣

This combo shouldn’t work… but it absolutely does.

Lucite meets rattan with a little crystal moment on top — light, texture, and just enough edge to keep it interesting.

That waterfall vanity disappears in a room, the chair brings the warmth, and the lamp finishes it off.

Would you keep this mix… or break it up?
