May the 4th be with you… but don’t forget the 4th Commandment.

“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.” — Exodus 20:8

A lot of people remember May 4th for a movie phrase, but the Most High told His people to remember something much greater: His holy Sabbath day. From sundown Friday to sundown Saturday, we rest, worship, and remember the Creator.

Life is like a box… but not of chocolates, of unleavened bread.

You don’t always get what you want, but you get exactly what you need.

No leaven. No puffed up pride. No hidden ingredients.

Just truth. Just humility. Just what God commanded.

This week reminds us that the walk isn’t about being filled with everything, it’s about being purged of what doesn’t belong.

Every piece of leaven removed is a step closer to sincerity and truth.

So as we go through this week, check the ingredients of your life…

What needs to be taken out?

What needs to be made clean?

Because sometimes the most powerful growth comes from what we remove, not what we add.

For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” — Matthew 12:40

If Jesus said three days AND three nights, it’s worth asking… does the traditional timeline fully line up with His words?
Scripture shows:

• He was placed in the tomb right before sundown on Passover
• Three days and three nights were to be fulfilled
• The tomb was already empty early on the first day of the week
This points to something many people may not have considered before 👀

👉 Jesus rose on the Sabbath, right before sundown — aligning with what He said.
Also, interestingly, the human body typically begins noticeable decomposition within about 24–72 hours after death. Jesus rising within that time frame shows the power of God and that His body did not see corruption (Acts 2:31).

Because God created it…
Genesis 2:2–3

Because He commanded it…
Exodus 20:8–11

Because Jesus didn’t do away with it…
Matthew 5:17

Because the apostles still kept it…
Acts 17:2

And because faith doesn’t cancel obedience…

It’s not just a tradition…

🔥 Today we celebrate our High Priest, Christ Jesus, who entered the true Tabernacle in Heaven by His own blood — preparing a place for His people.

But soon, He will return and reign on earth for 1,000 years, and we who remain faithful will reign with Him! 👑
📖 Revelation 20:6 (KJV)

“Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”

🙌 The same Christ who now intercedes in Heaven will soon dwell among us again the Tabernacle of God with men (Revelation 21:3)!

Let us walk in righteousness today, preparing to serve and reign with Him in His Kingdom.
