Hey y’all!
I feel in business that customers deserve transparency when issues arise.
My latest order has had some hiccups. While tracking shipments, it was discovered that the vendor posted the wrong shipping label to my purchase. I went back and verified that all of my information was entered correctly- and it was.
The items in the shipment delivered to Grantville, GA. Upon contacting customer service there isn’t anything I can do to get those items back. The company admitted to mislabeling the packaging which led to the GA delivery.
My options from the vendor are to order what’s still available or completely refund the first half of the orders. I will be contacting each of you affected by this error to make it right.
