I started Nubian Lane Hat Company here in my adopted hometown of Austin, Texas to share my love of wearing hats with the rest of the world. Whenever I walk out of the house without a hat on I feel like I forgot to show up for the day, because my hat reveals so much about the mood I'm in or just helps put a smile on my face. I remember the hat I wore when my daughter's Soccer team won their final g

ame of the season and the hat I wore to the last UT football game I attended (Hook 'em Horns!). In some small way, hats are a simple pleasure and a way for all of us to reminisce about those special moments in our lives.
