It has taken me a week to make this post because it has taken me a week to process. 🤣 Last weekend was our annual REFIT instructor convention where we get together from all over the world and hang out, dance so much your body aches, learn new things , new choreography, and laugh so much your face hurts. This year was extra special because it was my 10 year anniversary as a REFIT instructor. A week later I am still on cloud nine. Thank you to everyone REFIT Revolution who helps put this together. It is such a special time of love, laughter and rejuvenation. Can't wait to do it again in '27!

We said goodbye to our 14 year old Duke this morning. His spirit was still strong but his body was done. He was a great dog. He loved our girls well when they were young and put up with all kinds of shenanigans. When the girls grew up he was always at my side. I already miss him following me around the house. Run fast, Duke, with your best budd Tiberius. Untill we see you again! 💔😢🐶

Had a great day celebrating our nation's 250!

We played in the alumni band before the parade, watched the parade, then hit the lake (thanks ) and ended the day with fireworks. All the while I wore my Texas charm in remembrance of my fellow Texans who were mourning loved ones lost last year in the devastating floods. I have been praying for them all weekend and I hope you will join me in those prayers.

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays as it reminds me of what a great nation we have when we come together in community. Happy 250th America, and here's to many more!!

Last night was a "Fever Dream" of a concert. So glad I got to enjoy Alex Warren live with my girls. It was so fun and that boy can sing, even when under the weather. Thank you for not canceling and pushing through. You still sounded amazing! I also hope you are feeling better today.

She did it ya'll! .6523 graduated with her associates degree in music. Even though her plan was changed and it was a huge disappointment she kept working hard and persevered to get this degree. I am so proud of her. A music degree is NOT easy. Congratulations Abby. I love you and am so proud of you. I know God has big plans for your future! Jeremiah 29:11
