Team,
Our bodies NEED exercise.
You may or may not want to do it, but you do NEED it.
Not simply to be fit, healthy and/or manage weight - this is a massive underestimation of its limitless (and unknowable) power!
You need exercise to maximise your potential and discover a more satisfying, balanced and fulfilling life.
These are strong and challenging words. Words of truth sometimes are.
If you want to extract more from your mind, understand your emotions, take hold of stressful situations and build better relationships - the first thing I would recommend is NEVER sacrifice your daily exercise...EVER!
It would be more than a little unwise to underestimate what working out regularly gives you.
Find the time. Just find it. DO!
