Same little boy.
Same safe place.
Just not so little anymore.

If I could pause time, I would pause it right here.

The baby I had in 2024 came with the tiniest little feet.

Now those same tiny feet are growing faster than my heart can handle.

So while I’m still his person, I’m soaking up every hug, every kiss, every little hand reaching for mine.

Because I know one day, I’ll look back at these pictures and wonder how my baby grew up so fast.

If I could slow down time, I would.

Because I can forgive what you do to me, but when it comes to my son, something in me changes.

You don’t have to worry about me being the strongest woman in the room.

We’ll watch them find their people.
Call us from college.
Get the keys to their first home.
Fall in love.
Become amazing husbands.
Hold their own babies.
Laugh until their stomachs hurt.
And build a life even bigger than the one we dreamed for them.

Every milestone will come with a little goodbye.

A quiet reminder that they don’t need us the way they once did.

And yes… we’ll cry.

But we’ll smile too.

Because that’s the life we’ve been praying for since the day we held them for the very first time. 🥹💙
