THE Angela Davis has always been and will continue to be on my top 5 SHEROs list!!! One of the reasons I graduated with a Pol Sci degree was because of THE Angela Davis. She has been my auntie in my head for decades. I have yet to meet her in person but she is multifaceted and continues to contribute to humanity as an academic, activist, and intellectual TO THIS DAY. Her whole essence illustrates commitment to justice, equality, and human rights.

She inspired me to be voiceful in rooms where complacency to normalized aggressions have been the norm.
