HAT SAMPLE DAY! Introducing the Spire Cove hat.

This design is inspired by Spire Cove in Kenai Fjords National Park, where sea stacks rise from the cold water as columns of rock that proved more resistant to erosion than the surrounding coastline, their dark faces streaked with guano and salt spray. Low clouds press down from the mountains behind the cove, erasing the upper ridgelines while the Harding Icefield sits unseen above the fog.

We took a drive to North Cascades National Park to see Mt. Shuksan for ourselves!

It rises straight up from the far shore of Picture Lake, its reflection sitting still on the water below. This incredible view is one of the most photographed spots in the Cascades, and it earns every bit of that reputation.

Wildflower meadows lead down from the base of the mountain to the lakeā€™s edge. Morning light and calm wind bring out the clearest reflection, glacier and peak doubled in the water.
