Announcement! We will be updating our website the next few weeks to accurately reflect what we had in store so please be patient while we work on that! I have loved seeing all of you in person for the last 7 years but it’s time for a change! We will still be offering our Hospital deliveries and carriage rentals so that is not changing. Our History

Hello and welcome to our shop!

My name is Monica James Fazio and I am the mother of five children. They are some of the brightest stars in my life. My oldest daughter, Victoria, is an elementary school teacher who loves her job and loves working with children. My youngest daughter, Caroline, is my most creative child, who loves life. Both of my daughters are always willing to go the extra mile for anyone.

We chose the name "The Gilded Egret" for a very special reason. Several years ago, a tragic accident, took my second child, Michael's, life. Ever since that day an egret has appeared. Whether we are at home, driving, or doing our daily activities, an egret comes to see us. For us the egret is a sign of peace, comfort, and love. It reminds us that while Mickey is not with us physically he is watching and is still present in our everyday lives.

We love what we do so much that we have decided to deliver to several of the hospitals in the Baton Rouge area, for a small $15 delivery fee. We will also include, complementary wrapping, balloons, and ribbon. We also have the options of on site pickup or shipping,
