🧘♀️ Find a comfortable seated position
🌬️ Take 3 deep breaths, exhaling fully each time
🔴 Visualize a warm red light at the base of your spine
🌳 Imagine roots growing from your body into the earth
💫 Feel a sensation of safety and stability rising up through you
🙏 Place your palms on your thighs and whisper "I am safe, I am secure"
That's it. Just 2 minutes to transform that untethered feeling into grounded presence.
