Hey friends 🤍
I wanted to share a little behind-the-chair honesty for a moment—because I truly care about your experience with me.
If you ever can’t find an appointment that fits your schedule, please know it’s never for lack of effort on my end. I’m in the salon during most of my listed hours (and often later), doing everything I can to accommodate as many clients as possible.
Pro tip: booking your next appointment before you leave is the best way to secure a time that works for you ✨
I do maintain set business hours because this is my career and livelihood. I schedule my personal time just like I do appointments so I can show up fully for each of you. Sundays and Mondays are my reset days—spent resting, preparing for the week ahead, and attending church 🤍
I also want to share something important regarding scheduling:
No-shows and last-minute cancellations impact more than just my day—they prevent other clients from booking appointments they’ve been waiting for and leave gaps in my schedule that are difficult to fill.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Even with this policy, I still lose the remaining portion of the service, gratuity, and the opportunity to book another client in that time.
I work long hours intentionally to keep my services as affordable as possible. Like many of you, my cost of living and business expenses have increased, but I’ve chosen to keep my pricing lower than many stylists with similar experience.
All I ask in return is respect for my time in the same way I respect yours 🫶
Thank you for your continued support and for trusting me—it truly means so much to me.
—Kasey ✨
