Good Morning Friends! As you can see from my poster I am having an Estate Tag Sale this Saturday, October 19 from 8-3 and Sunday October 20 from 12-3 at The Kindred Spirit building. I hope you will all come and share this post with your friends, as I would love to have a good turnout. I am, of course, taking my wonderful teas home with me and will be selling and shipping them from there. I hope to see you on Saturday!

Good Morning Again Friends! This is Meredith and Linda, two treasured long-time friends from Raleigh. It is only "fitting" that I served my LAST TEA in the Green Gables Tea Room to them, as Meredith was instrumental in helping me set up The Kindred Spirit Gift Shop in 2002 and the Green Gables Tea Room in 2007. As you may have guessed by now, I have sold my lovely building. I will have an Estate-Tag Sale on Saturday Oct 19 and Sunday Oct 20, and will post more about it later. I have sold the building and location only, so I will still be selling and shipping my teas for now, and other items as I get more organized. I appreciate all of the folks who have supported my business throughout these many years. Most of all, I treasure the friendships that have formed along the way. You are all truly my Kindred Spirits!

Good Afternoon Friends! Time to "get your Downton Abbey on" with this beautiful antique pudding mold from England! I am soooo looking forward to seeing the new movie! Also, I have been busily going through my stock room and stock closet finding treasures that I had long since forgotten about. Therefore, for the next few Saturdays I am going to have "Porch Sales" in front of the shop. Everything will be priced to move, so come on by and find a treasure of your own!

Good Afternoon Friends! Aren't these the cutest snowmen? They are year round fellows with one for Christmas, one for winter skiing, another has Spring flowers, one has a flag for July 4th , one is fishing and the last one is a witch for Halloween! What fun! Come on by to see these and my other goodies and try a sample of pumpkin spice black tea!

Good Afternoon Friends! This is a picture of a beautiful signed china doll head, arms and legs. All of her pieces are in perfect condition and the painting and glazing is just lovely. I am sure some of my page followers must know someone who can create a body for this pretty girl! The shop and tea room will be open today until 4 and I am offering Apricot black tea in the sample pot. Come on by today to see all the neat offerings I have in the shop and to have a cup of tea!

Good Afternoon Friends! This was a gathering of friends to celebrate Susan Gallop's birthday at the Green Gables Tea Room in The Kindred Spirit Gift Shop on Saturday. What fun we had! The shop will again be open this Thursday, August 15 and after that will not reopen until Saturday August 24.
