We’re hiring retail sales associates.

Bay Street Outfitters is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our team this fall and through the holiday season.

If you love fly fishing, the outdoors, and working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Focused on customer experience
• Dependable and hardworking
• Eager to learn about fly fishing and our local fishery
• Comfortable helping customers find the right gear
• A positive team player

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to continue with the team beyond the holiday season for the right person.

Although preferred, knowledge of fly fishing is not necessary - we can teach you the gear. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who enjoys being around people and wants to be part of a great team.
