I've grown up around sports and training my entire life. There has always been a drive within me to better myself for whatever obstacles I may come across. I don't think I ever really understood what exactly it was that drove me, but I now realize it's just been my nature growing up. After spending years coaching and training individuals, there's been one thing I've noticed in every person that I'

ve come across. They too have that drive to better themselves. It doesn't matter the age, young or old, they want to be better than the day before. This is something that everyone loves to be a part of. There ends up being a worldwide community of positivity and progress that people take pride in being a part of.
