I'm guessing not every mill scrubs the floor with an old wool sock and a magic fairy wand!
The sock came with the mill somehow. It was in Becky's rag bag. The nylon netting, strategically placed on an old mop handle, was a a gift from Stanley Kimm. He picked it up at the Sr. Center thrift shop and proudly brought it to me at my shop in Manhattan many years ago. It was great for washing the windows. Ive used it in the mill to scrub the wash tank, if needed, and today the scrub the floor between the carders!
