🍎 Pregnancy Tip Monday 🍎

One of the easiest ways to help keep your growing baby healthy is by making safe food choices during pregnancy. 💕

Here are a few foods it's best to avoid:

🚫 Raw or undercooked meat, poultry, and seafood
🚫 Sushi made with raw fish
🚫 Unpasteurized milk, cheese, or juice
🚫 Deli meats and hot dogs unless heated until steaming hot
🚫 High-mercury fish like shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tilefish
🚫 Raw eggs or foods containing them (such as homemade cookie dough or some dressings)

Instead, choose plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and stay well hydrated. Every healthy choice helps support your baby's growth and development! 💙🩷
