Seventeen years ago, I was a CNA—working long shifts, pouring my heart into caring for others, often exhausted but never giving up. Back then, I never could have imagined this moment.
Today, I’m stepping into a role as a regional leader in one of the most powerful and wealth-generating industries in the world. And I’m overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and emotion just thinking about how far this journey has taken me.
This didn’t happen overnight. It took years of sacrifice, growth, self-doubt, resilience, and faith. There were moments I questioned myself, moments I felt stuck, and moments I wondered if I was meant for more. But I kept going.
Most importantly, I did it while being a mother to four incredible children. Everything I’ve done, every late night, every hard decision, every leap of faith—it was for them. To show them that no matter where you start, you are never limited by your circumstances.
I am living proof that your beginning does not define your ending.
To anyone out there who feels overlooked, stuck, or unsure—keep going. Keep believing. Your story is still being written, and your breakthrough might be closer than you think.
